What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway.

Can I make a payment in my preferred currency?

You can make payment by your card’s default currency. The exchange rates are determined by your issuing bank.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once the payment is successful.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If an item goes out of stock after your order, we will contact you immediately with options to refund, wait, or choose an alternative product. Note: This only happens in very rare occasions.

Are there any products that are non-returnable?

Yes, for hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Do you charge VAT on orders?

Yes, all prices include VAT as per UAE regulation

Do you offer delivery across the UAE?

Yes, we deliver to all Emirates across the UAE.

How long does delivery take in the UAE & GCC?

1–2 working days for most UAE locations & 5-7 days for GCC.

Will I be notified before delivery?

Yes, you will receive a message or call before delivery.

How much is delivery to GCC countries?

Rates vary by country and weight calculated at checkout.

What if I missed the delivery?

The courier will contact you to reschedule.

What is the minimum order for free delivery in the UAE?

Free delivery is available on orders above AED 200 in the UAE. & orders above AED 600 for GCC countries.

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The shipping cost of retuning products will be paid by the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can only offer Exchange if the products are returned in their original condition.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Stripe).

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

Returns for gifted items can only be processed to the original purchaser’s account or payment method.

Are return policies the same for UAE and GCC orders?

No. GCC orders are final and not eligible for return due to customs and logistics limitations, except in the case of damaged items
