Cancelation & Return Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped or marked for delivery. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order at support@najafi.com.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kindly ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Damaged Items

If you receive an order with damaged items, please inspect the package upon arrival and inform us promptly.
